§ 1-8-36. Adopted.

By the authority granted by F.S. section 125.01(1)(i), the Southern Building Code Congress International Inc., 1997 edition of the Standard Housing Code, by reference incorporated herein, is hereby adopted as the Charlotte County Housing Code. A copy of the Southern Building Code Congress International Inc., 1997 edition of the Standard Housing Code will be kept on file in the office of the building official.

The Charlotte County Housing Code shall be in full force and effect throughout the unincorporated area of the county.
