§ 1-8-25. Loans of bond proceeds.

Latest version.

No lending institution receiving proceeds of bond issues pursuant to this article or the Florida Housing Finance Authority Law may lend any of the proceeds of such bond issues at a rate violative of federal arbitrage regulations.
