§ 1-8-23. Rights of obligees.

An obligee of the Housing Finance Authority shall have the right, in addition to all other rights which may be conferred on such obligee, subject only to any contractual restrictions binding upon such obligee as are conferred by F.S. 159.617. In no event shall the liabilities, whether ex contractu or ex delicto, of a Housing Finance Authority arising from the financing of any qualifying housing development be payable from any funds other than the revenues or receipts of such qualifying housing development.
