§ 1-8-19. Agents; employees.

The Charlotte County Housing Finance Authority may employ such agents and employees, permanent or temporary, as it may require and shall determine the qualifications, duties and compensation of such agents and employees. The Charlotte County Housing Finance Authority may delegate to an agent or employee such powers or duties as it may deem proper. The Charlotte County Housing Finance Authority may employ its own legal counsel.
