§ 1-7-96. Notification and application.

Following adoption of this article, the board of county commissioners shall forward a copy of this article to the property appraiser of Charlotte County prior to December 1, 2013. The additional homestead exemption provided for in this article shall apply beginning with the 2014 tax year.
