§ 1-7-75. Limitation on the amount of grant.

The maximum amount of the grant per applicant for any ad valorem tax year covered hereunder shall not exceed the lesser of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) or the QMP's ad valorem property taxes paid. Such grants are also subject to funds appropriated. Funds appropriated for each fiscal year shall not exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).
