§ 1-7-16. Apportionment.

Latest version.

All monies accruing to Charlotte County under the provisions of F.S. Chapters 550 and 551, relating to race tracks and jai alai frontons shall be annually allocated and distributed two-thirds ( 2/3 ) to the board of county commissioners and one-third ( 1/3 ) to the board of public instruction of Charlotte County.
