§ 1-6-38. Payments from court filing fees.

The filing fee in all civil actions, suits or proceedings filed in the circuit court of Charlotte County is increased to thirteen dollars ($13.00). The filing fee in all civil actions, suits or proceedings filed in the county court of Charlotte County is increased to ten dollars ($10.00). The clerk of the circuit court shall pay from filing fees in circuit court suits and actions the sum of three dollars ($3.00) and from county court suits and actions the sum of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) to the board of county commissioners to be placed in a separate fund for the sole purpose of equipping, maintaining and operating the said Charlotte County Law Library.
