§ 1-5-2. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter or the rules, procedures or regulations duly adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-1-8 of this Code, or as provided in any Code sections providing for enforcement of Code provisions.
