§ 1-4-31.1. Livestock running at large prohibited.

It is a violation of this article for any livestock owner who owns, or has possession, charge, custody or control of any livestock to cause, permit or allow livestock to stray, or in any manner, to run at large in or upon any public land, or land belonging to a person other than the owner of the livestock, without the landowner's permission, and posing a threat to public safety.
