§ 1-2-189. Procurement under federal or state procedures.

When a procurement involves the expenditure of federal or state assistance or contract funds, federal or state laws and regulations which are mandatorily applicable shall be complied with, the provisions of this article notwithstanding. The purchasing senior division manager shall include contract provisions giving the contractor notice of these requirements and, where appropriate, include in those contract provisions the requirement that the contractor give a similar notice to all his subcontractors.
