§ 1-2-102. Advisory boards.

Each advisory board appointed by the board of county commissioners, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing the building board, the zoning board and the fire appeals board, shall conduct an election of officers of such board no less frequently than annually at the first regular or special meeting of such board occurring after the first day of December of each year. It is not the intention of this section to preclude or discourage the re-election of officers. The officers of each such board shall consist of a chairman and a vice chairman and such other officers as the board may deem it advisable to elect.
