§ 1-2-4. Officers to be appointed.

That it shall be the duty of the governor of this state, after this act [sections 1-2-1—1-2-5] shall become a law, to appoint officers to the several offices of each of said new counties, as in other counties in this state to which each of said counties may be entitled under the constitution and laws of the State of Florida.
