§ 1-2-2. Districts; representation.

  • The said counties shall be a part of the first congressional district; a part of the twenty-seventh senatorial district, and a part of the twelfth judicial circuit, and each of said counties shall have one (1) member in the house of representatives of Florida.

Editor's note

Charlotte County is now in the thirteenth congressional district, as provided in F.S. § 8.01. The present representative and senatorial districts are described in F.S. §§ 10.102 and 10.103. The county is in the twentieth judicial circuit, as provided in F.S. § 26.021.
