§ 1-1-14. Forms for petitions for the proposal, amendment or repeal of an ordinance and for Charter amendments.
(a)
Charter requirements: Sections 2.2G and 4.2B of the Home Rule Charter of Charlotte County require respectively that forms for use by petitioners to propose, amend or repeal ordinances by initiative of the people or to amend the Charter by initiative of the people be specified by ordinance.
(b)
Forms approved. There is hereby approved the forms of petitions included in this section. All forms of petitions shall be a minimum of 3" × 5" in size.
