The zoning official or designee shall have final authority in interpretation of the
requirements of this article. This article is not intended to repeal, abrogate or
impair any existing code, statute, law, ordinance, easement, covenant or deed restriction
which imposes more stringent restrictions on the installation, location or buffering
of dumpsters. If this article conflicts with another code or statute, the more stringent
restrictions shall apply.
