Mobile solid waste containers such as rollout containers, trash cans or dumpsters,
compactors or recycling dumpsters on wheels, are permitted under this article. After
pickup on the day of collection, these containers shall be promptly stored away. When
not scheduled for pickup, these containers shall be kept stored out of public view,
and in the case of dumpsters, compactors or recycling dumpsters on wheels shall comply
with the requirements of this article.
