§ 1-12-74. Penalties.

At its sole election, the county may enforce the provisions of this article by any of the following remedies:
(a)

Civil remedy. The county is hereby authorized to bring action in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any violation of this ordinance.

(b)

Criminal penalty. Violations of this ordinance may also be prosecuted pursuant to F.S. section 125.69. Each incident of violation will be considered a separate offense.

(c)

Code enforcement board. Alternatively, a violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be a civil violation within the jurisdiction of the code enforcement board.
