§ 1-12-73. No removal or scavenging.

No person, firm or other entity shall knowingly obtain or use, or endeavor to obtain or use, recyclable materials belonging to the county with intent to either temporarily or permanently:
(a)

Deprive the county of a right to the recyclable materials or a benefit therefrom.

(b)

Appropriate the recyclable materials to his own use or to the use of any person not entitled thereto.
