§ 1-11-36. Application countywide; superseding all other ordinances.

This article shall apply to every passive park, recreation facility, fishing pier, boat ramp, and other county-owned property devoted to public recreation. This article supersedes all previous ordinances relating to the hours of usage or particular uses of those public facilities, and to the extent that sections of prior ordinances are in conflict with this ordinance, those sections are repealed.
