§ 1-10-434. Inspection of premises and records.

(1)

During the usual and customary business hours of any secondary metals recycler, any law enforcement officer, code enforcement officer or any other entity or office having jurisdiction over such business shall, after properly identifying themselves as such, have the right to inspect the entire premises with regard to:

(a)

Any and all regulated or restricted regulated metals in the possession of such business; and

(b)

Any and all records required to be maintained under F.S. Ch. 538, or this article.
