§ 1-10-307. Age limitation for permit.

No permit shall be issued to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years. No permit holder shall employ any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years. No permit holder shall provide an escort to any customer or patron under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
