§ 1-10-188. County administrator review.

The county administrator of Charlotte County (or his/her designee) is charged in respect of the county regulation of cable television franchises with the review of applications for franchises, financial data submitted to the county, coordination of other county offices which may affect cable television franchisees, and all other matters assigned by the board/franchising authority requiring technical review or recommendations.
