§ 1-10-175. Compliance with laws, regulations, articles.

A franchised cable operator shall at all times during the life of its franchise be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power of the county and to such reasonable regulations as the county shall by resolution or article provide. The construction, operation and maintenance of the system by the franchised cable operator shall be in full compliance with the National Electrical Code as from time to time amended and revised (see section 3-2-141 et seq. of this Code) and in full compliance with all other applicable rules and regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted by the FCC, the county, the state and the United States government.
