§ 1-10-169. Effect of prior resolutions, articles, and local laws on this article.

(a)

This article is intended to amend and revise County Code Chapter 1-10, Article VI, codified from County Article No. 84-23. To the extent that any amendments and revisions of this article are inconsistent with prior resolutions, articles, and local laws adopted by the county, then those prior resolutions, articles, and local laws are hereby repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.

(b)

Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, this article is not intended to repeal, and does not have the effect of repealing the terms and provisions contained within any current franchise or franchise resolution or franchise agreement that presently exists between the board/franchising authority and a franchised cable operator.
