§ 1-10-166. Failure to enforce this article.

A franchised cable operator shall not be excused from complying with any applicable requirements of this article (including, where applicable, subsequent amendments to this article) by any failure of the board/franchising authority or its designee on any one (1) or more occasions to seek, or insist upon, compliance with such requirements or provisions.
