§ 1-10-212. County powers; purchase, eminent domain.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed to in any way impair or affect the right of the county to acquire the property of the franchised cable operator either by purchase (upon termination of the franchise or upon mutual agreement of the parties) or through exercise of the right of eminent domain at a price reflective fair market value as an ongoing concern, and nothing herein be construed to constitute a waiver or bar to the exercise by governmental right or power of the county.
