§ 1-10-197. Multiple franchised cable operators operating within the county.

With respect to multiple franchised cable operators constructing, operating, and maintaining cable systems within the county, the board/franchising authority shall abide by and comply with any and all applicable federal and state rules and regulations concerning the award of such multiple franchises, and the comparability of franchise provisions.
