§ 1-10-134. Requirements for all sexually oriented businesses.

(a)

Each sexually oriented business, regardless of whether it is licensed, shall conform to all applicable building statutes and codes, fire statutes and codes, health statutes and codes, zoning regulations and land use laws, and all other applicable codes, statutes, ordinances, and regulations, whether federal, state or local.

(b)

Each sexually oriented business, regardless of whether it is licensed under this article, shall prominently display its local business tax receipt at all times, and such license shall be available for inspection upon request by the public and by county officials.
