§ 1-10-133. Employee records.

  • (a)

    The licensee or operator of an sexually oriented business is responsible for keeping a record of all employees who are currently employed by the sexually oriented business, and of all former employees who were employed by the sexually oriented business during the preceding one-year period. The record shall contain the current or former employee's full legal name, including any aliases, date of birth, and photographic picture, which shall be updated annually.

    (b)

    The original records required by subsection (a) of this section, or true and exact photocopies thereof, shall be kept at the sexually oriented business at all times.

    (c)

    Any operator of an sexually oriented business shall be responsible for knowing the location of the original records required by this section, or the true and exact photocopies thereof.

    (d)

    Any operator of an sexually oriented business shall, upon request by a law enforcement officer, health department official, or a representative of the community development department, make available for inspection the original records, or the true and exact photocopies thereof, required by this section while the sexually oriented business is open for business.
