§ 1-10-119. Service of notice.

Any notice required under this article shall be accomplished by sending a written notification by certified mail to the mailing address set forth on the application for the sexually oriented business license or, if none, the occupational license or other last known address. This mailing address shall be considered the correct mailing address unless the community development department has been notified otherwise in writing.
