§ 1-10-118. Review of decisions by county administrator, community development department, board of county commissioners or its departments.

Any decision of the county administrator, the community development department, the board of county commissioners or its departments made pursuant to this article may be immediately reviewed as a matter of right by petition for writ of common law certiorari to the Circuit Court for Charlotte County upon the filing of an appropriate pleading by an aggrieved party.
