§ 1-10-289. Roadside stands prohibited.

No person or firm shall sell goods from any temporary, semi-permanent or permanent roadside stand, including mobile stands, on any parcel of private property, unless the roadside stand is located within a parcel on which such use is expressly or by reasonable implication permitted, and only when the roadside stand meets the requirements of law and all applicable permits, licensures and authorizations have been obtained.
