§ 1-10-287. Roadside peddling prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or firm to sell food or goods from any permanent, semi-permanent or temporary location including roadside stands along any street, highway or right-of-way or in any public place, unless the seller meets the requirements of this article and all applicable permits, licensures and authorizations have been obtained.
