§ 1-10-21. No license for employees.

A person who engages in or manages a business, profession or occupation, in the course of his/her employment or agency with another person, shall not be required to obtain a local business tax receipt, provided that person's employer has obtained a local business tax receipt for such business, profession, or occupation.
