§ 1-10-19. Local business tax receipt required for each lease department.

  • Every person operating or managing a lease department in any store, business establishment or office shall obtain a local business tax receipt as a separate person for the operation of each lease department according to the classification of the business, profession or occupation being operated in the lease department as set forth herein.
